About Tammy
A body designer in a league of her own, Tammy Stokes has spent over 2 decades in the industry developing a unique, dynamic method of shaping attitudes, designing bodies and changing lives.
Tammy is the Founder & CEO of Cafe West Express, a healthy eating cafe and West Coast Workout a Lifestyle Fitness Studio. She is a firm believer in eating healthy, being happy and celebrating life. In her book, Live Your Healthiest Life, she shares her California influenced approach to living life in balance. Tammy began her career in Hollywood, California collaborating with chefs and dietitians designing recipes that are nutritionally abundant and workouts that shaped the body without bulking it up. She played a major part in preparing Hollywood celebrities for movie roles amping up their diets focusing on foods to increase energy, improve skin luminosity and assist in weight loss. Following her time in Hollywood, she created a program, TRANSFORMATION 28, a 28-day lifestyle plan for better health, a beautiful body and radiant skin.
Tammy is a nationally known expert in the Holistic Wellness living space. She’s an inspiring teacher with a devoted following. She has worked with two of America’s top docs, Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Mark Hyman. Her teachings are rooted in the conviction that healthy lifestyle practices lead to greater happiness.
