Trip Details
In order to sign up for the trip you will need to register and also make a $206 non-refundable deposit. Once you have done this you are confirmed for the trip! I will begin placing everyone in the rooms with their roommate choice and send out room confirmations with all pricing details. The room confirmations will include travel insurance and ground transportation along with all taxes and fees. There will be a final payment due by December 3. Please do not book your flights until you have received your room confirmations.
Accommodation
Each room is priced per person, per night. Double room = 2 people in a room , Triple = 3 people in a room, Quadruple = 4 people in a room. Pricing is about the same for 3 people as it is for 4 people. I can request connecting rooms, but this is not guaranteed.
