*Luxury Junior Suite – $370.00 (Single)  $270.00 (Double)  $260.00 (Triple)

*Luxury Junior Suite Swim Out – $457.00 (Single)  $334.00 (Double) $315.00 (Triple)

*Luxury Junior Suite Ocean View – $468.00 (Single)  $341.00 (Double)  $320.00 (Triple)

*Example of pricing – Luxury Junior Suite with 2 people in the room (double)  for 4 nights would be $1080 per person.

*Food, beverages, round trip ground transportation to the hotel and back to the airport, travel insurance, taxes and fees are all included in pricing above.

*If an individual’s trip cost goes about $2,000 there will be an additional insurance charge.

*We have 30 rooms reserved as of now ( 10 per each category above) – if we need more we can request more rooms and they will be given to the group if available.

*There is no deadline to sign up for the trip. Once we have filled up the 30 rooms from our group contract, we can request more from the hotel if need be and if there is availability.

*If you are interested in a different room category please reach out and we can look at other available options.

*Diamond Club status is available for room upgrades. Starting at around an $250 additional per person with a 4 night stay. Availability is limited.

*Flights are additional. You will need to book your own flights and send me the details so I can coordinate with ground transportation. Please wait until you get an email confirmation from me before you book your flights. 

*Single = 1 person in the room, Double = 2 people in the room, Triple = 3 people in the room

*Quad options are available but limited.

*Room closeness is subject to availability. We can make requests and the hotel will do their very best to accomodate but it is not guaranteed.

*There is no deadline to sign up for the trip however availability is limited. As a group we have 30 rooms reserved. We can always request more rooms and book on up until the new year as long as there is availability. But! Best to go ahead and sign up when possible if you know your plans.

Registration Information :

*If you would like to sign up for the trip every person going on the trip must be Registered and pay a non refundable deposit of $258 per person. There is a spot on the registration form to add all roommates. One person can register for the entire room or you may register individually. However, every roommate must pay a deposit before the room can be booked. You can register with the link just mentioned or with the registration button attached to this page. *On the registration form it will ask for room type, the available options are : Luxury Junior Suite, Luxury Junior Suite Ocean View, Luxury Junior Suite Swim Out (also noted above). Please make sure your room request matches your roommates request if registering separately.

*On the registration form it will ask for a Room name. This is important because if people are registering separately it lets me know who to pair you with when I am placing everyone in the rooms. So make it fun and unique!

*3 people max to a room and 1 of these people must be a chaperone (you will need to know your room set up prior to registration). You can fill out one registration per each room or if people want to register separately that is fine too. Just make sure the room name and accommodation request matches your roommates.

Important Information :

*The non refundable $258 deposit per person is due when you register. $250 will be applied to your total trip cost. A second payment will be due Nov 1st and a final payment will be due Jan 12.

*BOOK IT PACE will be the company name that shows up on your credit card statement for the $258 deposit charge. There will be a $25 fee for any chargebacks.

*Passports are required to visit the Dominican Republic

*Flights are additional and each person will book their own flights individually once they have registered, paid the deposit and gotten a confirmation email from me. Once your flight has been booked please email me your information so I can relay it to the transportation company
