Gina’s work falls within a category called Energetics. It is mindset coaching and shifting to help clients show up as their best selves in every area of their lives. She is able to utilize her toolbox of healing tactics and apply them to what has typically encapsulated life coaching practices.
Gina has one foot in the traditional understanding of balanced living achieved through coaching and wellness, and the other in the mystical realm.
